"Heads up: PDF editing can be clunky"
Just a warning for anyone planning to use this for regular PDF editing: my experience was frustrating. I tried making a few edits, and the text boxes didn’t behave consistently, fonts didn’t always line up, and even simple changes felt like they took way too many clicks. It’s probably fine if you just need to fix one small thing here and there, but I definitely wouldn’t rely on it for anything more than that. I expected it to be smoother, honestly.

"Batch processing felt a bit clunky"
I tried using code-industry.net to batch process some PDFs, and it was kind of hit or miss. Some files went through fine, but a few just failed without really explaining why, which was annoying. The interface also feels a little dated, not a dealbreaker, but you notice it. Overall, it’s not terrible, and I did get some work done, but the whole thing was more frustrating than I expected.

"Something felt off with how slow it was"
I don’t know what was going on, but every time I used the site it felt weirdly slow, like it was doing a bunch of stuff in the background it didn’t want me to know about. Pages took forever to load, and even scrolling was laggy, which got annoying fast. Maybe it’s just bad optimization, maybe it’s something else, but either way I wasn’t impressed.

"Worked okay, but it messed up my plans"
It mostly works fine on my devices, but I was really counting on it to be smooth and reliable, and it ended up throwing off my plans. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating when you just want things to work.
"Digital signing was more trouble than I expected"
I tried using Code Industry for digital signatures, and it did work in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. I figured the process would be straightforward, since signing a file shouldn’t be that complicated, but some of the steps were confusing and I ended up having to redo the file more than once. Support was okay, just not very quick. It might be fine if you’re doing something simple, but for my use, it took more time than it really should have

"Used code-industry.net for a bit, but the updates..."
Used code-industry.net for a bit, but the updates are painfully slow. Feels like ages pass with nothing new, then the update finally drops and it’s barely anything. For paid software, I expected it to stay more current. Might be fine for others, but to me it feels kind of abandoned

"I don’t remember the setup being this painful..."
I don’t remember the setup being this painful before, but this time it was a real headache. The installer kept throwing random errors, and the setup guide didn’t really clear anything up. I reached out to support, but the response was slow, so after about an hour of messing with it I just gave up. It used to feel a lot smoother than this.

"Easy enough to use"
Nice clean layout overall, though a few clicks had me pause now and then.

"At first it seemed like it was..."
At first it seemed like it was going to be really straightforward, but once I started using it, the formatting was all over the place. The code worked here and there, but the output kept changing on me, so I ended up having to clean it up myself way more than I expected. Kind of felt like I was promised one thing and got something messier in practice.

"Not great if you need to mark up PDFs"
I was hoping this would be decent for annotating PDFs, but the tools kept freezing on me and I’d be in the middle of trying to highlight or add a note and then everything would just stop responding, so it ended up being frustrating and not really usable for what I needed
"The setup docs were really confusing"
I tried following the setup docs and got stuck quickly. The steps felt messy and hard to follow, and I ended up wasting more time than I should have. I’d at least expect an apology for how frustrating this made the process.

"A bit too expensive for me"
I just don’t think it’s worth the price. It’s a little too pricey for what you get.
"Decent security, but I’m not totally sure"
It has the basic security features you’d expect, and maybe I’m just being a little overly cautious, but I didn’t feel completely confident using it. It’s not bad by any means, just kind of average in my experience.

"Hard to Figure Out Right Away"
My first impression was that the site just isn’t very easy to use. I made a quick judgment after clicking around for a bit because it took way too long to find basic things that should’ve been simple

"I was already feeling frustrated..."
I was already feeling frustrated when I reached out, and waiting days without getting a real answer just made it worse. Support never really got back to me with anything helpful.

"OCR was rough on my scanned files"
I tried code-industry.net mostly to run OCR on a few scanned PDFs, and yeah, it really didn’t go great. A bunch of the words came out weird, some letters were swapped around, and the tables were basically a mess.
I ended up having to fix so much stuff myself that it didn’t really save me any time. Maybe it’s fine with really clean, perfect scans, but for regular scanned docs, it was not good.

"Just not reliable enough for me"
I mean, it was kind of frustrating to use. It kept crashing here and there, and the delays were, like, really annoying after a while. I wanted to like it, but it just didn’t feel reliable enough day to day

"Support did get my issue fixed in the..."
Support did get my issue fixed in the end, but it just took longer than I expected. The replies were slow, and I had to explain the problem twice, which was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t terrible, just okay overall.

"I tried the free trial because..."
I tried the free trial because I wanted to get a feel for it before paying, but it felt limited. A few of the things I wanted to check out were locked, so I couldn’t really tell if it would work for me or not. Maybe the paid version is totally fine, I don’t know, but the trial kind of left me guessing. I kept clicking around thinking I’d find enough to make a decision, and then just ended up a bit frustrated

"Licensing was way too restrictive"
I wasn’t happy with the licensing. I bought it thinking it would be, well, a little more flexible, but it ended up feeling really locked down and frustrating. Trying to move it or use it the way I needed just wasn’t simple. Maybe it’s fine for some people, but for my setup it was just a headache. I wouldn’t buy it again.
